The Brampton Courthouse has a 110,000 square foot, six-storey addition attached to its existing courthouse. Two floors will be outfitted immediately to contain new courtrooms and support spaces such as waiting areas and judicial chambers. The remaining floors will provide space for future courthouse developments.
SWDC - Windsor, Ontario
SWDC is a 200,000-square foot, 315-bed male/female state-of-the-art detention centre that opened in 2014. The facility was built using the P3 model of procuring public infrastructure.
