The Brampton Courthouse has a 110,000 square foot, six-storey addition attached to its existing courthouse.  Two floors will be outfitted immediately to contain new courtrooms and support spaces such as waiting areas and judicial chambers. The remaining floors will provide space for future courthouse developments.

SWDC is a 200,000-square foot, 315-bed male/female state-of-the-art detention centre that opened in 2014. The facility was built using the P3 model of procuring public infrastructure.

This facility is a joint training centre for both RCMP Officers and Corrrectional Services Canada Officers. Various cell, dayroom, salyport and corridor situations are represented with actual operational detention doors, locks and furnishings throughout the training/simulation area.

The Whitehorse Correctional Centre (WCC) opened in March 2012. It is a modern “Generation Three” style correctional facility that includes safety features and design that are second to none in Canada. This is a multi-level security facility for both men and women with a rated capacity of 190 offenders.

The Edmonton Remand Centre is the largest, most technologically advanced remand facility in Canada replacing the 33-year old remand centre in downtown Edmonton.  In 2012, SWS Group supplied dayroom furniture to this 2,000-bed prison.  The Max Master Series and Boulder Beam Seating
